All prices quoted are for an occupancy by two people. While more than two people can be accommodated in the apartments or in the “Magritsch” room, for each additional person there will be a surcharge of 20 € .

The double rooms can also be booked for single use. The price for one person per night is 110 € (local tax exclusive).

Pets on request.

When it comes to booking the apartments, the Lochbauer requests a minimum stay of five nights, for the rooms, the minimum stay is two nights

For stays of less than 5 nights in the apartments, a surcharge of 40 € will be charged.

For stays of less than 2 nights in the rooms, a surcharge of 20 € will be charged.

• Bed linen,
• Hand and bath towels,
• Electricity and heating,
• Use of the fully equipped kitchen in the apartments,
• Access to the spa area,
• Final cleaning.

Breakfast is included in the price of the rooms. For the apartments, breakfast is optional and bookable for 18 € per day.

In the municipality of Mölten, in which the Lochbauer lies, there is a local tax of 1.15 euro per person over 14 years per night. We collect this for you and pass it on to the community. Our prices therefore exclude the local tax.

Your reservation becomes binding as soon as the down payment agreed with us has entered our account. This deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation, provided the cancellation is made up to two months before departure.

If cancelled later, a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the price of the booked stay will be charged.

If the guest does not arrive, arrives late or departs early, the price of the booked stay will be due in full.
